Therapies
Sinéad has trained in multiple therapies and uses her vast knowledge of the nervous system and understanding of teenagers to create an experiential journey that will allow students to move through their emotions to arrive at a place of stillness.
Movement
Movement is used to help students regulate their nervous systems, releasing excess energy or preparing the body to come into stillness. Movement Therapy is also a method by which teenagers can release emotions they may not be able to verbally express. Movement allows the participant to connect with their body and with their feelings.
EFT Tapping
EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a stress reduction tool that empowers students to release stress from their bodies. When stress is released they can be clearer in their decision making process. EFT Tapping can be used in any situation and students are equipped with a tool that can use in their daily lives to support their mental health.
Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy is a form of therapy where sound vibrations are used from multiple instruments to allow students to experience relaxation and calm. After moving, students' nervous systems are generally calmer and they can come to a relaxed state.
